The Missner Group is looking for highly motivated, innovative, and seasoned Project engineers to join our construction team. The Project engineer will assist in the planning and coordination of a wide variety of construction projects under various project managers and project teams.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations, as well as any other responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.
• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects alongside pre-construction team
• Assist the pre-construction team with the development of pre-construction RFP packages.
• Manage client relationships, project planning, and project documentation, and assist in leading weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Assist in conducting weekly OAC meetings, setting milestones, and formulating monthly owner-report.
• Work within established procedures to process project RFI's, submittals, and pay applications, including the approval of payment applications and negotiating subcontract change orders.
• Assist in total project scheduling, safety, site logistics, ensuring project quality control.
• Assist in managing the project closeout process.
• Always ensure fair treatment of our customers and subcontractors.
• Collaborating with our pre-construction and pre-development teams

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience should be in the areas of Commercial, industrial and/or multifamily Construction.
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience required.
• Field experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer communication and analytical skills are a must. A working knowledge and understanding of Procore, Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project), and Microsoft Teams is a requirement.
• Must be motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial and autonomous environment, in addition to working as part of our project teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced surroundings, managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Able to organize and manage a significant number of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
• Efficient, and resourceful with a high desire to learn and grow within our platform.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to be nimble and accountable are a must.
• Strong skills in time management, communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved in the construction project, while handling difficult issues and/or personalities.
