Our client, a global real estate company, is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team in Springfield, New Jersey! You Will:
Provide in-house graphic design and print preparation including but not limited to presentations, proposals, print material and brand related needs
Prioritize and manages multiple projects, both internal and external
Manage projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with internal teams to determine requirements and preparing final documents
Assure quality of final product before release
Maintain high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of graphic needs
Assist in management of media assets
Assists with strategizing, designing, and producing visual communications
Assist strategy team with client branding to include conceptualization, design development and production facilitation
Assist design team with client presentations and graphic needs
Assist environmental graphics team with client space needs
Interact and collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to assure creative needs of the company are met
Work closely with the Brand team and Marketing Manager
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Split your time between studio project services and professional services marketing
You Have:
2 years of experience in creative graphic design
Bachelor's degree in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to provide creative marketing solutions upon receiving project brief
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in commercial real estate (a plus!)
Logistics:
Projected Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is identified
Duration: 6 months with potential to convert
Hours/Week: 40 hours per week
Onsite/offsite: Hybrid - 1 x a week in their Springfield, NJ office
