As an RWE Analyst, you will provide vital programming and analytical support for a variety of Real World Evidence projects. Your expertise in diverse data sources and your analytical skills will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive accurate and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis of real-world data from various sources, including medical and pharmacy claims, hospital data, electronic medical records, and observational studies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed programming specifications based on project requirements and data sources.
Develop and validate analysis datasets from a wide range of formats, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all assigned deliverables, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Create and validate graphs and tables for exploratory investigations, adapting to changing analysis requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide timely updates on project status to team members and project leads, and share insights during departmental meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computers, Engineering, Statistics, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or Econometrics.
3-5 years of experience in RWE analysis within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in handling EHR and claims data (e.g., Optum, Marketscan, Flatiron).
Strong skills in SAS and SQL programming.
