A philanthropic foundation is in search of a Chief of Staff to partner with and provide leverage to their Founder. In this newly created role, your overall objective will be to support the Founder's strategic goals and facilitate execution across the organization and alongside external stakeholders. You'll serve as a conduit of information flow and priority clarification, report on the status of key initiatives, takeaways and deliverables, and operate as an extension of and advocate for the Founder's vision.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in partnership with a senior leader or founder, with at least 4 of those years operating in a mission-driven environment. Note this role requires you to work 3 days a week in office, with light local travel.
Desired Profile:
Minimum of 10 years' experience working in partnership with a senior leader or founder - must have a demonstrated ability in implementing a founder's vision via actions and measurable outcomes.
Minimum 4 years of experience operating in a mission-driven environment.
MBA or master's degree with a strong academic record.
Stable backgrounds preferred, with a methodical and systematic work approach.
Mission-drive/service-oriented mentality, and motivated to add value and build/cultivate long-term relationships.
