The Content Analyst will support the development of content related interactive updates, share progress updates with the larger team, execute testing exercises, document test results, support inflight testing and track until resolution. Additionally, they will support the orchestration of the program, in alignment with the content strategic roadmap to deliver innovative customer experiences, enterprise value, and operational efficiencies.
You Will:
Serve as support staff for the content team and support cross-functional relationships within company and externally with partners and vendors.
Verify content-related product functionality through pre- and post-production testing cycles. This will involve travel to and from vendor locations as well as in-flight testing.
Assist with ensuring partners and vendors adhere to operating model processes and standards.
Attend development meetings on behalf of the content team and share information and updates with the larger team.
Triage and support resolution of post-production issues amongst cross-functional teams.
Track and document detailed decisions and action items, and promptly follow up and hold responsible owners accountable to agreed-upon deadlines.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
3+ years of experience in product project management, business analyst or related field
Experience managing cross-functional relationships and driving towards collaborative outcome
Performed Manual, functional and Integration on Digital products/experiences
Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects
Ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision
Ability to understand customer experience flows and translate into requirements.
Previous airline experience
Previous experience of managing a PMO office
Previous experience in digital, media or entertainment industries
Previous experience in product development
Ability to communicate effectively to cross-functional audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization
