Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team with the preparation of materials such as property flyers, offering memorandums, and pitch decks to support overall marketing & sales efforts
  • Update and maintain information databases, along with market research
  • Provide transaction support to brokers
  • Schedule appointments, keep calendars, and arrange travel itineraries
  • Generates standard and ad hoc reports when required
  • Gathers supporting documentation to process Brokers' commission payments

Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of real estate experience
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (1+ YOE)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred
