Sparkling Image Car Wash is looking for a great leader to join our team as Multi-Site Car Wash Manager for 2 of our Orlando, FL locations. This is a key role, and we are really seeking someone who has great leadership skills and will be dedicated and take ownership of their locations in every aspect of the business. As a Multi-Site Manager, you will oversee 2 of our full-service car wash & express oil change locations, ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch customer experiences.
No Car Wash Experience? No Problem!
Complete training program, no experience in the car wash industry required.
Restaurant managers do very well in our business.
Hours of operation are from 8-6 daily.

Closed Easter, New Years Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and 4th of July.
This is a salary position with an annual bonus program.
Job Responsibilities are as follows:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple car wash locations
Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers.
Oversee and manage daily operation of the location with profit and loss responsibilities.
Responsible for overall store safety, recruiting and hiring, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory.
We are looking for candidates who:
Desire to manage a business activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Exercise hands on leadership and setting the example
Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased business.
Desire to learn and develop.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a leading position.
Experience managing a group of 30 to 40 employees.
Experience in a position that dealt with customer's face to face
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Strong work ethic and motivation
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
A valid state driver's license
