Brooksource is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Lead/Admin to join our team, focusing on operational processes within Nissan's Consumer Facing domain for the Telematics Backend Project. This part-time role requires a highly engaged individual who can effectively liaise between various teams and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the operations team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Engagement and Awareness: Maintain a high level of engagement and awareness of ongoing projects and operational needs.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the delivery and product teams to align operational processes with team setups and project requirements.
Assessment and Liaison: Conduct assessments and engage with teams to understand and address operational needs.
Process Management: Oversee operational processes, ensuring they meet the expectations and standards set by Nissan.
Administrative Oversight: Monitor administrative tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
Technical Acumen: Possess a basic understanding of relevant technologies to direct technical queries to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in an operational or administrative role is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Technical Knowledge: Basic technical acumen is required, though in-depth knowledge of telematics or related technologies is not necessary.
Proactive Attitude: Must be a doer, capable of taking initiative and driving tasks to completion without extensive learning periods.
Additional Information:
This role is designed to be part-time, with an expectation of 20 hours per week.
The position requires someone who can start immediately and adapt quickly to the operational needs of the project.
The Operations Lead will work closely with the BOL, who is already engaged in the Consumer Facing domain.
