Picked at Their Peak
We monitor more than 400 Florida groves through a proprietary system that ensures our oranges are harvested at their peak goodness and flavor. Each of our dedicated and experienced growers is passionate about making sure we pick our oranges at the perfect time for the juiciest flavor.
Squeezed Fresh
The fresh oranges are hand-graded and any fruit that doesn't meet our stringent standards is removed. Then the oranges are washed and the orange oil is extracted from the peel to capture the from-the-orange taste and aromas that are later carefully blended into the juice for consistent quality and flavor.
The Perfect Blend
The oranges Tropicana uses for its juices have different ripening seasons - so some stored juice is blended with fresh juice to deliver the most consistent and best-tasting juice. Pulp may be mixed in at this point, too, depending on the product. Our blend team and expert tasters manage the daily quality and regularly sample our juice to ensure consistent great taste.
Purpose of the Position
Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Supply Chain Finance - Procurement to support the Director of Supply Chain Finance in driving the company's financial goals and initiatives within the procurement and supply chain functions. The Manager will focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting for procurement, cost accounting, and inventory management, playing a key role in supporting Tropicana's operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support the procurement and supply chain functions in the development of the annual operating plan and standard cost setting for all packaging, ingredients, and indirect spend.
Assist in financial planning and forecasting for procurement, including OJ accounting, reporting on byproducts, and Purchase Price Variance (PPV).
Analyze and provide insights into inventory levels, focusing on cash flow impacts and driving inventory optimization.
Assist in cost management processes, including maintaining bills of materials and updating annual standards.
Support the finance lead in managing expired/distressed product write-offs for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc analysis and reports to senior leadership, offering business insights and recommendations.
Contribute to driving cost-saving initiatives in partnership with the procurement team.
Collaborate across functions to build strong, effective business partnerships within the supply chain, procurement, and finance teams.
Assist in implementing supply chain finance transformation initiatives in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus).
5-7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on procurement finance, cost accounting, or inventory management.
Experience in CPG industry a plus.
Must be located in the Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate to the area for the duration of employment
Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required
Proficiency in SAP or Oracle; experience with Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
