Office AssistantThe Office Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to launch a long-term career in ABA, with on-the-job training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role provides hands-on experience in ABA while also offering exposure to other therapy areas, including Speech and Occupational Therapy. We are committed to fostering growth and offering career advancement within ABA for our employees.Responsibilities:Office Tasks: Laminating, creating therapy materials, organizing, and sanitizing the clinic and materials room.Covering Sessions: Provide support during ABA sessions when needed.Break Coverage: Assist by covering breaks for Behavior Technicians.Session Support: Work alongside Behavior Technicians in sessions, offering additional assistance as needed.Documentation: Complete logs documenting parent contacts and tasks.Team Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings.Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties assigned by administrative staff.RBT Training: On-the-job training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.Requirements:Willingness to become a Behavior Technician if needed by the company.Open availability Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 7:15 pm.Reliable transportation to work locations.Ability to pass a criminal background check.Adherence to the RBT Ethics Code and maintaining HIPAA compliance.Obtain RBT certification by the specified deadline.Knowledge of Google applications.Ability to sit/stand at a desk for extended periods.High school diploma or GED equivalent (some college preferred).18 years or older.Knowledge of Canva (preferred).Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.Schedule and Promotion Information:Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 7:15 pm.We are seeking applicants who can work either shift.If promoted to a Behavior Technician position, you will be scheduled for 34-40 hours per week, and the pay range will increase to $18.00 - $27.00 per hour.This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in ABA with the potential to explore other therapy fields, such as Speech and Occupational Therapy. recblid h3nltjxo1xx4ib5lqzv12658yxtlmj
