Job Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts under flexible 36 or 48-hour contracts as a 1099 contractor, with a competitive remuneration of $63.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) environment.
Continuously monitor and evaluate patient conditions to ensure the highest standards of care.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments efficiently.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management strategies.
Required Skills
Possession of a valid GA or compact RN License.
Recent experience in a Long-Term Acute Care setting is essential.
Proficient in the use of ventilators, tracheostomies, and intravenous drips.
Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are required.
Qualifications
A nursing degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
Recent experience in an LTAC setting is highly desirable.
