Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Solutions Engineer with expertise in AspenTech/OSIsoft solutions, including OMS and ADMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, with familiarity in MongoDB and Python as valuable assets.
Our client can only hire US Citizens or Green Card Holders who can work on our W2. No C2C or 3rd Party Supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage AspenTech/OSIsoft applications, focusing on OMS and ADMS functionalities.
Design and maintain databases using SQL Server and PostgreSQL, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Utilize MongoDB for NoSQL database solutions as needed.
Develop data processing scripts and automation tools using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data systems and applications.
Document processes, standards, and best practices related to data management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with AspenTech/OSIsoft OMS and ADMS.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL database management.
Familiarity with MongoDB and NoSQL databases is a plus.
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in data analytics or reporting tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and data integration technologies.
