Are you a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in mission critical projects, particularly in electrical systems? We are looking for a committed professional for Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA. If you've managed complex data center projects and demonstrated stability by staying with a single employer for at least 4-5 years, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mission critical projects with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.
Coordinate with project teams in Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA to ensure efficient execution, meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
Work with stakeholders to optimize electrical processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Manage subcontractor relationships, focusing on compliance with safety regulations and quality control.
Proactively address project risks and challenges through data-driven analysis and decision-making.
Maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
4+ years of experience managing mission critical/data center projects, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
Stability: Must have spent at least 4-5 years in a single company within the past decade.
Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M+ in the mission critical sector (data centers, high-tech facilities, etc.).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple project sites.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Virginia-based projects is a plus.
