Are you an experienced Project Executive with a strong electrical background in mission critical projects? We're seeking a dedicated professional for Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA. If you've demonstrated long-term commitment in your past roles and have a proven record of success in managing complex data center projects, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete lifecycle of mission critical projects, with a focus on electrical systems, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Lead project teams across Richmond, VA, and Sterling, VA, managing all aspects of coordination, communication, and on-site execution.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, optimize electrical processes, and ensure all project milestones are met efficiently.
Manage subcontractor relationships, emphasizing safety compliance and quality control measures for electrical systems.
Analyze project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in mission critical/data center projects with a strong focus on electrical systems.
Stability: Must have spent at least 4-5 years in a single company within the past decade.
Proven experience managing projects valued at $50M+ in the mission critical sector (data centers, high-tech facilities, etc.).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience working on Virginia-based projects is a plus.
