Responsibilities: • Investigate and resolve all customer complaints promptly and accurately. • Collaborate with functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of complaints. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the manufacturing of products at the facility. • Conduct all quality-related training.
Requirements:
4-year degree in engineering or a related field, and equivalent relevant manufacturing experience.
ISO experience is strongly preferred.
