Job Description:

Role: Senior Analyst - IT Region/Site Support

Contract Length: 12 Months

Location: Circleville, OH 43113

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT Support.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Proficient with computer hardware, Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 & 10), and Microsoft Office (2010, 2013, Office 365).
• Familiar with Audio/Video conferencing via Microsoft TEAMS.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and documentation capabilities.
• Experience with executive-level user support, basic network installation, and support.

Desirable Experience/Attributes:

• Previous IT organization experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Support for mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android).
• Basic understanding of printers and printing methods (Server & DirectIP).

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person to resolve issues and ensure seamless experiences.
• Provide end-user support for manufacturing applications, including installation and integration of IT infrastructure.
• Maintain and support specialized and customized applications, computers, and workstations.
• Support network telecommunication equipment and work with vendors on business-specific applications.
• Coordinate and document support processes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and perform root cause analysis for continuous improvement.

Technical Support:

• End user device support including Windows 7 & 10, printers, scanners, Office 2016, Office 365, SharePoint.
• Network administration for both wired and wireless networks, including LAN troubleshooting, switch cabling, and IP phone issues.
• Experience with server and desktop integrated applications.
