HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
ERP Implementation & Support: Lead the configuration and development of the SAP Production Planning module, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement efficient production processes, contributing to overall operational excellence.
Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain custom programs, batch jobs, and security updates, providing crucial support during project phases and ongoing operations.
User Training & Documentation: Create comprehensive training materials and documentation to support end-users and stakeholders, facilitating smooth transitions and system adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Assess existing systems and processes, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
ARE YOU A SAP PP ROCK STAR?
Experience:
6-8 years of SAP PP experience, including full lifecycle implementations and production support.
At least 3 years of experience in production support within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with sub-modules such as MRP, BOM Management, Engineering Change Management, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and Shop Floor Controls.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, Master Data Management (MDM), and GRC tools.
Familiarity with integration points across other SAP modules.
Skilled in system tools for creating RICEF items: CATT, LSMW, ABAP Query & Report Writer.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Relevant SAP Certifications preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of addressing complex business challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
