Responsibilities:
- Drive capital project initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Develop and analyze robust business cases to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in dairy, food & beverage, or liquid manufacturing
- Proven track record in project management, ideally with PMP certification
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for driving innovation and delivering results
