CASA DDI, a boutique design and development firm specializing in high-end luxury real estate, is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
Oversee the full life cycle of real estate development projects, including:
Design development
Architectural and engineering review
Budget management and control
Permitting processes
Construction oversight
Interior design and final project completion
Manage multiple project verticals simultaneously, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate and lead teams of independent contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain organized and accurate records of project progress, contracts, and reports.
Work closely with the field teams and handle administrative tasks related to project execution.
Collaborate with the firm's leadership on project strategy, growth opportunities, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
Graduate education preferred (MBA, MRED, or similar).
Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
Experience working with independent contractors and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work both in the field and manage administrative tasks in an office setting.
