We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Focused Change Analyst to join our client's team on a 6-month contract role (potential for extension). Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that is committed to delivering exceptional results globally within the telecommunication industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute change management initiatives across the organization, focusing on people-centric strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Oversee the Change Agent Program and provide training to Business End Users.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and impact analyses to identify potential challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to educate employees about change initiatives and address their concerns.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and measure progress against change management objectives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective change implementation.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in change management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute successful change initiatives, with a focus on people adoption.
  • Must have experience delivering M365 including VIVA engage, Microsoft Teams and Co-Pilot.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. (Jira a major plus)
  • Proficiency in ProSci change management methodology is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
