Job Description:

LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire position. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting various departments. This position is hybrid in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay is $18-20/hr
