Responsibilities:
Lead project teams in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
Manage all project phases, from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally focusing on commercial or civil projects.

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, scheduling, and overall project control.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
