We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee land development and civil site work projects primarily for the residential space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of project planning, design, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for project planning and execution.
Oversee site development, including grading, drainage, utilities, roadwork, and infrastructure.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and safety standards.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and client communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in land development or civil site work.
Strong understanding of construction practices, site design, and land development processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
