Project Manager (Commercial Projects)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to
completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
? Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
? Lead project teams and coordinate efforts across different departments to ensure seamless execution.
? Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality
standards.
? Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, working proactively to find solutions.
? Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory
requirements.
? Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates and address any
concerns.
? Prepare project reports and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
