We are searching for a Direct Hire, Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in building long-term relationships with clients in the commercial construction space and presenting them with the best possible candidates.
What You'll Do:
Partner with clients to understand their unique company cultures, project requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Proactively source and attract top-tier talent across all disciplines of commercial construction, leveraging a variety of recruiting channels.
Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
Build a strong network of contacts within the commercial construction industry.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current market trends and compensation packages.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting strategies and processes.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in recruiting or sales is preferred.
Adept at researching, cold calling, and building rapport with potential candidates.
A proven track record of success in sourcing and placing qualified candidates in direct hire roles.
A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of the commercial construction industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
