Contract-to-Hire
Working 100% on-site
Up to $23/hr
Job duties:
Calculating salaries, overtime, and other compensation
Ensure payments are processed correctly and on time, issuing paychecks by check, cash, or electronic transfer
Keep up-to-date records of employee salaries, hours worked, etc.
Ensure the organization complies with employment laws, such as equal pay legislation, maternity leave regulations, etc.
Reconcile payroll accounts each month
Answer employee questions about timesheets or pay slips, and resolve issues with payroll matters
Provide accounting support to other finance personnel as needed
