We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to assist our employees in navigating our benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement savings. This role will be pivotal in conducting informative presentations, managing benefit enrollment processes, and ensuring our employees are provided information to any benefit related questions.

The Exciting Things You Will Do:
  • Assist employees with enrollment in benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement savings.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to effectively communicate benefits options and changes to employees.
  • Reconcile and review monthly insurance billing statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Address and resolve questions or concerns from employees regarding their benefits.
  • Collaborate with employees on any type of leave of absence (LOA) while working closely with payroll to ensure accurate pay during leave.
  • Facilitate the distribution of COBRA information to eligible employees.
  • Maintain and update employee benefit election records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist the Director of HR Operations with benefits reporting requirements, including discrepancy reports and benefit audits.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related role.
  • Familiarity with benefits programs and compliance regulations preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus.
