We're looking to hire a Product Manager for a Fortune 500 entertainment client. You'll join the Product Management team to define the product roadmap and develop a comprehensive product strategy. This is a 12 - month contract + extension. The team is located in Glendale, CA, and the role is on-site 2-4 days/week.

Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quantifiable business objectives and understand how addressing customer needs drives growth.
  • Analyze customer pain points and opportunities through user interviews, business interviews, and analytics.
  • Create and understand user and buyer personas to develop unique value propositions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and act on key product analytics to improve the product, retention rate, and LTV.
  • Write feature briefs that align guest and business needs with a cohesive strategy and business case.
  • Develop, review, and edit comprehensive user stories, including functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Lead and maintain the feature and backlog development, attending planning ceremonies to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
  • Work closely with UX designers, engineering, marketing, operations, QE, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Regularly communicate progress, blockers, developments, risks, and issues impacting the project.

Product Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to meet these requirements with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven delivery experience using Gherkin.
  • Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience navigating these challenges in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level and lead projects effectively.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams, build relationships, and achieve results through others.
  • Comfortable working with bi-coastal and international teams.

Preferred Experience with any of following:
  • Object Oriented UX.
  • hypothesis-driven design.
  • Theme Park industry.
  • digital analytics and comfortable with SQL.
  • Snowflake and Tableau.
  • 2+ years working on products that leverage Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Knowledge Aggregation, or Dynamic User Personalization.
