Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with commercial clients (builders, developers) and residential customers.
Actively seek new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and offer expert guidance on our range of building materials.
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals tailored to client needs.
Place and manage orders, ensuring a smooth process from initial sale to final delivery.
Ensure profitability on sales while shopping the market to keep our pricing competitive.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
What We Offer:
Base salary starting at $60,000 with potential to earn up to $100,000, depending on experience.
