Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and other accounting standards.
Prepare regulatory reports and ensure timely submissions.
Develop and enforce internal financial controls.
Collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making.
Key Excel Skills Required:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formula-based analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Proven expertise in corporate accounting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
Proficiency in general ledger accounting and bookkeeping.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including the key functions mentioned above).
