REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of operational leadership experience within a skilled nursing facility or related field required
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License.
Assisted Living Director License
Advanced knowledge of operational leadership and related fields.
Sales and marketing expertise, including marketing strategy, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
