We're seeking a **Project Controls Specialist** with strong analytical skills and expertise in project management support to join our team. In this role, you'll be working closely with the project manager to provide essential costing, forecasting, and reporting support. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze potential and ongoing large-scale projects to identify and resolve scheduling, resource, and equipment conflicts.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to ensure project success and timely completion.
- Collaborate with project selection teams, offering critical insights on project risks and expectations.
- Research and assess external resource availability to support project execution.
- Maintain a repository of competing project data for future conflict resolution.
- Generate bi-monthly progress reports for various operating areas, highlighting concerns and available resources.
- Attend project and stakeholder meetings as needed to provide updates and support.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn and understand natural gas equipment and related processes.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in project analysis, controls, and data analytics.
- Must be skilled in Excel and familiar with Oracle for data retrieval.
**Location:** Tulsa, OK, or Pittsburgh, PA
Work Schedule: 4 days in-office (Monday-Thursday), remote work on Fridays.
