Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams on complex engineering assignments.
Independently plan, execute, and direct engineering projects that may cross traditional product boundaries.
Supervise team members and ensure the successful delivery of projects, managing all financial aspects including capital expenditures and cross-functional costs.
Resolve complex engineering challenges and develop new design experiments without supervision.
Leverage creative problem-solving skills to adapt and modify standard engineering principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in engineering project management.
PMP Certification
Medical Device experience (highly desired)
2-5 years of matrix management experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of engineering principles across multiple disciplines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both technical and financial project elements.
