LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Building Engineer in Sacramento, CA. This role is full-time, direct-hire, salary $85K - $100K.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and perform full preventive maintenance on equipment.
Perform repairs on various electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
Respond to building emergencies as needed.
Respond to tenant service requests.
Interact with vendors and contractors.
Respond to HVAC service calls as required.
Check buildings regularly to maintain proper building temperature for tenant areas.
Additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an HVAC Building Engineer
HVAC building code knowledge
General repair, electrical troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated, confident, and organized
Ability to interact with client and client employees, senior management, staff, and vendors as a service professional at all times
