The Non-Profit Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our nonprofit organization. This position requires a passion for our mission, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to program managers and staff, including scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
Assist with grant applications, reporting, and tracking funding activities.
Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Prepare and distribute newsletters, reports, and other communications to stakeholders.
Support fundraising efforts, including donor management and event logistics.
Assist with research and data collection to support program evaluation and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
