JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a positive candidate who is willing to go the extra mile to create the best experience for our wholesale customers and sales representatives when placing orders on our B2B platform (B2Z). This individual will be responsible for seasonal product launches, site updates, product maintenance, and page merchandising. The ideal candidate is creative, data driven, and focused on contributing to sales growth.
POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner closely with various departments within the company (IT, Creative, Photo Editors, Design, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales)
Plan major seasonal launches for B2Z in Asana
Create road map calendar for each team to execute their roles
Help manage deadlines for each team to ensure that launches happen on schedule
Take part in photoshoots to assist with the product set-up and details of styles as needed
Update all assets on B2Z for each launch (image blocks, sliders, product shots)
Ensure product shots are meeting requirements for B2Z and line sheets
Create and maintain line sheets for each season (covers, delivery openers, table shots, drops, late adds)
Tag look books in Issuu to make shoppable for customers
QA all product on B2Z, making sure all styles are live, pricing is accurate and up-to-date, delivery dates are working properly, photos, swatches, product descriptions, and fabric contents are correct
Manage updated styles or late add styles that are not part of our seasonal launches
Manage reshoot list for B2Z in season needs
Maintain and fully understand the backend functions of B2Z
Strategizing with sales and analyzing at-once inventory to develop weekly emails to our wholesale accounts to help drive our interaction and revenue on B2Z (3-4 emails a week)
Help with messaging, request content from creative, work with graphic designer on email, link emails to B2Z, and set emails up on Klaviyo
Manage and implement all promotional offers on website
Short term and long-term goals to help improve B2Z and the shopper's engagement with lessons learned from site analytics and customer feedback. Always striving for the simplest, fastest, and most intuitive shopping experience for our wholesale accounts.
Work with IT team for updates on B2Z and test accuracy of all updates on B2Z
Communicate all updates, changes, or important information on B2Z to sale's team across the country
Work closely with graphic designers, creative, and IT to visually refresh B2Z
Provide weekly and monthly site analytics to the various departments by pulling data from Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and on the Analytics page of B2Z

Wholesale Digital Marketing Coordinator
Salary Range $70,000 -$80,000
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, internal parity, and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus, and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
