Role Description
This is a contract Project Administrator role based on-site in Apopka, FL. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure project success.
Coordinate meetings and develop strategies to see projects through from beginning to end in electrical contracting
Manage the schedule for the Operations Manager and service technicians
Manage the service calls for Residential and Commercial Clients
Process and order material requests
Light accounting (payroll, timesheet, billing and mail
Process and order material requests
Permits pull reporting
Qualifications
Project coordination, Communication, and Administrative support skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5 years of administrative experience
Great communication skills
2 years of customer service experience
MUST be local to Apopka, Fl- no relocation assistance provided
Bilingual is highly preferred (Spanish and English)
