Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst
Pay: $27.00 - 29.00/hour (based upon experience)
Duration: 6-months - CONTRACT TO HIRE
Schedule: Monday - Friday // 40hrs/week
Location: Onsite in Tempe, AZ
Our client's Supply Chain Innovation (SCI) team for Warehousing and Distribution is looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst to develop and integrate cutting-edge solutions that enhance the performance of our warehousing and distribution network. The ideal candidate will drive key logistics initiatives, analyze data to identify efficiency opportunities, and develop strategies that address the growing demand for storage in our client's distribution centers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, SQL, Access, and other data management systems.
Write high-quality SQL code to retrieve and analyze large datasets.
Monitor existing metrics, analyze data trends, and collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process and system improvements.
Design and implement reporting solutions to support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
Lead small to medium operational improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and assist with expense report submission.
Organize team activities and ensure smooth operations through effective time management and task prioritization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data management tools.
Strong data mining and modeling skills with experience in data retrieval and analysis.
***Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience in supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
Proven track record of executing logistics or operational improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with Access or other reporting and database management systems (preferred)
