Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Experienced in recruiting for professional positions is required.
Experienced in recruiting for technical and sales positions is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
