This position is REMOTE in Washington D.C area only. (15-40 min. away)
We are a growing Residential Developer in the Washington D.C. area looking for a licensed architect.
About the position:
Designing both major single family renovations as well as ground-up residential construction.
You will collaborate with the construction project management teams and other departments at the company
Adhere to schedules and deadlines for design production and construction administration
Produce basic electrical and plumbing plans for projects
Managing drafters
About You:
Licensed Architect
Experience in single family home construction.
Experience with Washington D.C. architecture/construction is preferred, but if you have a great personality and the right experience, we can work with that (or even relocate you)
