Ideally this person will have experience with partnering with key stakeholders in the business, corporate IT team, to drive successful outcomes. Also, experience with HR system design, configuration, and testing, coupled with the ability to proactively deliver strategic solutions that align to HR and business initiatives is an expectation of this role.

Responsibilities:
Oversees system and/or system-design change requests and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborates with key stakeholders to solve root cause issues/opportunities
Manages system components of HR cycles, e.g., performance forms, 360, goal plans and library, calibration, compensation and other initiatives
Responsible for the monitoring, upkeep, configuration, and testing of the core HR system; includes maintaining an evolving knowledge/insight for all modules and features
Oversees the submission of annual state and federal compliance reporting
Owns and/or participates in system upgrades, problem resolution, and compliance efforts; provides a strong understanding of system interfaces (e.g., Payroll/T&L, Benefits, Corporate IT)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Data Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field.
8+ years of administrating and supporting Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related processes.
Significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
HR system configuration & design expertise, to include troubleshooting and testing experience.
