Job Description:
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to deliver Import and Export deliveries
- Enter new work orders into dispatch and payroll system
- Update dispatch dashboard to reflect current information from drivers and customers
- Collect and upload documentation involved in deliveries
- Inform customers of charges or issues with their loads being moved
- Support dispatch team to ensure delivery success
- Schedule delivery appointments with customers and keep them informed of the status of delivery
Candidate should
- Work well with others
- Maintain a cordial and helpful attitude with customer communications
- Be knowledgeable in excel and computers
- Be able and willing to learn new processes and computer systems
- Be able to work in an often fast-paced environment
