Work Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation Range:
$17-$25/ Hour based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Managerial Support:
Assist the GVH Office Manager and applicable staff with administrative duties.
Collaborate with the Office Manager on meeting branch expectations.
Prepare detailed reports and comparisons for management.
Customer Service:
Answer incoming calls and emails regarding billing, product issues, service questions, and customer concerns, providing same-day responses.
Resolve product or service problems by identifying solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
Enter and review customer sales orders in the company ERP, verifying prices and item details.
Communicate order statuses, including ship dates, tracking numbers, and any discrepancies, with both customers and internal teams.
Operations Support:
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and assist with scheduling receiving appointments.
Process walk-in payments, ensure order accuracy, and forward documentation to the accounting team.
Tackle problems proactively and support warehouse operations as needed.
Collections:
Coordinate collection efforts on outstanding invoices in collaboration with the accounting team.
Office Duties:
Assist with errands, filing, and organizing as needed.
Operate and manage office equipment and supplies.
Provide general support to the Office Manager, GM, and Senior Management.
Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Problem solver with multitasking abilities and good judgment.
Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and external clients.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree and previous customer service experience.
Knowledge of office software and equipment.
