Position: Appointment Closer
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients through appointment setting, telemarketing, and follow-ups.
Engage with spa owners and specialists.
Provide detailed information about our contour spa services and answer any inquiries.
Schedule appointments for consultations and treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
Strive to meet and exceed appointment booking and conversion targets of 15% or higher.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, cold-calling, telemarketing, or customer service is strongly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other related software. Experience with Go-High-Level software and Slack is a plus.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable computer and internet connection. Use of Chromebooks is not permitted.
