We are looking for an Jr-Ssr. Administration to join our team in Texas. This person will be responsible for establishing and managing the local office, carrying out key administrative tasks, and providing daily support to the teams. If you are proactive, organized, and have problem-solving skills, we want you to be on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize the office in Texas.
Manage office logistics, including the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
Handle correspondence, filing, and administrative documentation.
Perform basic accounting tasks, such as invoice and budget management.
Organize internal meetings and events, ensuring all resources are available.
Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
Efficiently resolve administrative and operational issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective workflow and communication.
Identify opportunities to optimize administrative processes.
Implement and maintain management systems that enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Education: College Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public relations or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an administrative or operations role.
Languages: Spanish and Portugueseare a plus.
