Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Equipment skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Abilities
Prior experience in Customer Service
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
