About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a stellar customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative at TELETIES, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in maintaining our brand's reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. Experience with Gorgias platform is a bonus.
Maintain a thorough understanding of TELETIES products and services to offer knowledgeable support.
Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
