Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Customer Service Rep in the Madison area.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls, either directing them to the appropriate party or resolving their request.
• Review, organize, and respond to inquiries in the CRM based case management system.
• Generate entry level quotations and orders in coordination with Inside Sales members.
• Greet and welcome visitors, deliveries, and similar.
• Perform CRM maintenance and cleanup.
• Manage customer promotional kits and shipping of them.
• Organize and schedule team meetings or appointments, with the capacity for keeping detailed meeting notes.
