Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative / Medical Billing Specialist at Phoenix Molecular in Boca Raton, FL. The Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as handling inputting laboratory sample data, denials, ICD-10 coding, insurance claims, and Medicare billing.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
Experience with Denials and Insurance claims processing
Familiarity with Medicare billing practices
Experience in the Healthcare industry, with an understanding of client services and laboratory operations
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced lab environment
Certification in Medical Billing and Coding is a plus
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
