Position Overview:
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients. You will leverage your expertise in commercial and consumer lending to provide tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients while promoting the growth of our community bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential commercial clients.
Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and lending opportunities.
Develop customized lending solutions for clients, including commercial loans, lines of credit, and other financial products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to grow the commercial loan portfolio.
Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial or consumer lending, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk management principles.
